Ultrasound #2

Yesterday was our second ultrasound. The doctors are concerned about a slightly enlarged kidney so are keeping an eye on it. After watching more closely what they were doing I am having a hard time getting excited/worried about this. I know they are professionals and obviously know more than I do but they are measuring in millimeters on a screen with a moving object. It reminds me of our ArcMap measuring at work and it you are not zoomed in really close you can be off by 30 feet. I figure if it is all relative then a milimeter or two is not maajor cause for worry. I will have faith in the doctors but this rationale on my part will keep me sane and calm. After they got their measurements they got a couple of views of the babies face for us. She is getting chubbier and more filled out. She head butted the ultrasound wand once and when we went to look at her again she was opening and closing her mouth. We think she might have been sassing the technician so we left her alone. Oh I hope this is not a view to the future.
